It will not save an invoice after I create one from the app

Hi there, userjschiavo16. It's my priority to help you with saving your invoices while working with QuickBooks from the app.

 

To get started, I suggest creating a dummy invoice through a web browser. This way, we can check if the issue with within your device or QuickBooks application.

 

  1. Open this link through any supported browser: https://c1.qbo.intuit.com/qbo1/login.
  2. Enter your user ID and Password.
  3. Tap on the Sign In tab to open your company file.
  4. Create and save your invoice from there.

 

If it works fine, you can refresh your app's data to fix the issue when saving an invoice.

 

iOS

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ tab, then tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data. A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

Android

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

Alternatively, you may uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks app to start fresh.

 

Once you're able to save your invoice, you can proceed with receiving and recording its payment.

It will not save an invoice after I create one from the app

Was told yesterday QBO engineers are aware of the issue of invoices not saving on the app . This applies with invoices with 10-15 line items or greater. They have no intention to correct the propblem
