You can start the troubleshooting by logging in to your account using an incognito or private browsing session. Use these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito session:
Then, log back in to your account and create a journal entry to check if that will post successfully. Once done, make sure to go back to the regular browsing session and delete the stored cache and cookies if everything is already working fine.
