Journal Entries are not posting

Can you tell us what happens every time you create or post a journal entry? It's possible that there's a browser issue that's preventing the journal entries from being posted. 

I'll provide some quick and easy steps on how to check if that's the case. 

You can start the troubleshooting by logging in to your account using an incognito or private browsing session. Use these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito session:

• Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P  for Firefox
• Control + Option +P if you're using Safari

Then, log back in to your account and create a journal entry to check if that will post successfully. Once done, make sure to go back to the regular browsing session and delete the stored cache and cookies if everything is already working fine. Here's a quick guide for more details: Clear cache and cookies.
