We make journal entries provided by our accountant that show property tax receivable (we are a public entity) offset by deferred income. Neither entry involves a bank account. Here are the accounts:
1450 Property Tax Receivable (other current asset)
2050 Deferred Revenue (other current liability)
All these entries are showing up in my Make Deposits window. I have some that are very old.
How can I get rid of the ones that are there and prevent new ones from showing up in the future? Thanks!

This suggests that, somehow, your Property Tax Receivable account is actually your special Undeposited Funds account that has been renamed.
When you record and A/R Customer Payment received, does it appear in that account? If so, then it is the Undeposited Funds account.
If this is the case, the only solution I can think of is to set up a new account and then edit the Journals and change them to use the new account instead of the Property Tax Receivable account. Then, rename the Property Tax Receivable account to Undeposited Funds, its original name.

Wow, I changed it to a new account just to see what happened and it disappeared from Make Deposits. I've been here 17 years, how in the world did that ever happen? Must have been in the very beginning of the org. Thanks for the idea!
