Hi there, @usermikepilati.

Allow me to share additional insights about printing invoices in QuickBooks Online.

There may be changes recorded in printing invoices. If you wish to, you can visit the Audit Log to check for those transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Audit Log from the Gear icon.
  2. On the Audit Log window, click on the drop-down arrow beside Filter.
  3. Filter the users and the period of transactions you want to see.
  4. Click on Apply.
  5. Once completed, scroll-up/down the page to review the credit memo/s added, and who recorded to QuickBooks. If you wish to have a detailed view of the transaction/s, click on the View link under History.

At this time, you can only print an invoice with a “Paid” indication after saving the received payment. There are two ways of printing your invoices. Let me show you how.

 To print a single invoice:

  1. Select Sales then Invoices from the left menu.
  2. Find the invoice in the list of transactions.
  3. Select the drop-down in the Actions column, then choose Print to print the invoice.

To print more than one invoice:

  1. Select Sales then Invoices from the left menu.
  2. Find then mark the boxes on the left of the transactions.
  3. On the Batch actions drop-down, and select Print invoices to print chosen invoices.

Please check this article for more details: How to Email or Print an Invoice.

I’m just a post away if you need other assistance. Stay safe always.
