Our non-profit is using QB Online in Guatemala. Our issue is that when we change the language setting to Spanish everything translates from English to Spanish except for the Chart of Accounts and Classes. It appears that QB does not translate anything where there is a drop-down menu. We need all elements to be able to operate in Spanish. QB Support suggested that this was due to the browser settings. We have used both Chrome and Explorer with full Spanish functionality but this has not resolved the problem. Have others experienced the same and if so is there a solution? This is a major functionality issue for us!
