Good day, kelsie-scroggins.

I can help you track down the invoices and estimates in QuickBooks Online using the transaction numbers.

Since the estimate or invoice you're looking for does not appear on the results, you can use the Advanced Search option of the Magnifying glass icon. You can add filters to find the type of data you want.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Magnifying Glass icon at the top, then click the Advanced Search link.
  2. Under the All Transactions drop-down, select Estimates or Invoices.
  3. Under the second drop-down, select Estimate No. or Invoice No.
  4. Choose Contains on the third box and enter the transaction number.
  5. Click Search.

I've outlined exactly how to do this in the screenshots below.

Please let me know if you've successfully tracked down the transactions. I’ll be here if you have any questions about QuickBooks Online. Enjoy your weekend.

Please Disregard this comment, I posted a solution for Quickbooks Desktop, I did not realize you were using Quickbooks Online.
