It's nice to have you here in the QuickBooks Community.
I can share the shortcut to help you mark multiple classes as inactive. To do that, follow the steps below in your QuickBooks Desktop 2022 account.
- Go to the List menu, then Class List.
- At the bottom, click on the Include inactive checkbox.
- Once you have all the list, click the class with blank fields so they will have an X mark.
- Continue marking all the classes you want to make inactive.
- Once done, clear the Include inactive checkbox by clicking it again and you're all set.
