Memorized Reports Folders

How do you create folders or "groups" for Memorized Reports in QB Desktop for Mac 2019? Can't seem to find it and having a hard time believing it's not available. I know you can do it in QB Windows.

Memorized Reports Folders

I appreciate you getting back to us here, Sonyam.

In QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, we have the option to create a new memorized report by creating a new name. Once saved, you can access them under the Memorized Report List.

Since you wish to create a folder for the memorized report, this option isn't supported by QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. However, we can submit feedback to our product developer and discuss this convenient feature with them.

Here's how:

  1. Choose QuickBooks and select Preferences.
  2. On the Preferences pane, select Feedback.
  3. Click the Enable sending usage data to Intuit check box. The preference is enabled by default.
  4. Close the Preferences window.
  5. From this pane, you can follow a link to the QuickBooks Desktop Mac online forum and/or to an online form for submitting feedback.

Let me know if you have other concerns about pulling up a report in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
