Merchant Services statements missing

I want to fix the missing statements without a moment's delay, @patmol.

I have a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve your report issues in QuickBooks Payments. This way, you can quickly review your two monthly transactions.

Ensure that you're using updated Adobe Reader and Internet Explorer to avoid issues in viewing the statements. Once confirmed and the issue persists, I'd recommend utilizing the How to Read Your Card Statement feature from the Activity & Reports menu. This will read your card statement directly to the online service center. See the sample screenshot below for your reference:

If the problem continues, I'd suggest logging your account through an incognito browser. This way, we can verify if it's a browser-related issue. Just click Ctrl + Shift+ P and re-open the report to confirm if it's already performing well. If it works, return to your regular browser and clear the cache.

We recommend using Internet Explorer to avoid problems with viewing such information. That's why I'm suggesting you use it for. Another troubleshooting step to help fix the problem is to clear your Safari cache or reopen the report using the supported browser.

Here's how to clear your Safari cache: 

1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
2. Choose the Advanced tab. 
3. Check the Show Develop menu in the menu bar box and close the Preferences window.
4. Select Develop and hit Empty Cache. 
5. You may want to also clear your browser history. Select the History drop-down, then Clear History.

If the issue continues, I'd advise you to reach out to our Customer Care Team. They can access your account in a safe place and can provide a copy of the statements.
