Yes, getting the information from your desktop is great. However, you need to manually enter trips to QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
- Click the Mileage on the left panel.
- Select the Add trip button.
- Fill in the trip date, starting/ending locations, distance, and the trip purpose.
- Choose the Save button.
In case your QuickBooks Online mobile app not tracking trips properly, don't worry because you can fix mileage tracking issues.
Make sure to set up an automatic mileage tracking feature on the new phone. Then, add the vehicle information to QuickBooks Online. This way, you can match trips to the right vehicle.
