Mileage Report

I can help you with preparing and printing a mileage report, @cu_out.

The mileage report can be pulled up by clicking on the Download Trip button from the Trips page. This will open a report in an Excel file that shows all the trips that you've entered. You can print the file from here.

I am unable to locate ‘download trip’ option on Mileage page from my version of qbo. I am also in the community drop-in session. And unsure how to review replies. I am new to qbo and the various resources are great just unsur how to navigate without speaking to someone

In QuickBooks online use the search button on the top right side of webpage (magnifying glass) and type mileage.  When you search it "Jump to Mileage" will pop up select that.  Once in the Mileage page select the year you need the report from on the drop down beneath the page title "Mileage" on the top left corner of web page.  Last step on the upper right side of page you'll see a green button that says "Add trip" with drop down, select drop down and click download trips.
