To show up your deposits in the Profit and Loss report in QuickBooks Online, you'll need to add the transactions in the program to get this recorded.
Here's how:
- Go to the Banking page.
- Click the deposits or transactions you want to show on your Profit and Loss report.
- Hit Add or Accept.

Once done, you back to your Profit and Loss report and check the transactions from there.

You can also match them to the existing entries in the software. Just go to the For Review tab from the Banking menu. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.
I recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.
