When a bill or receipt comes into the wrong queue, there is an option to move it to the other. So, if a copy of a check comes in to Upload and Review Bills and I need it in Receipt Management there is an option to move it. But every time I've done this (I have tried moving items in both directions) the item gets stuck in processing and never gets in the queue where I can open it and enter the transaction. I've waited days, closed and opened QB and my software is updated. Does anyone know how to make this function work?

Unfortunately, this did not work. The images that I moved from Bills to Receipts are stuck in Processing. I can see them but the only options are to wait or delete. I see no way to recover the images once this happens.
The rebuild and verify identified some errors. Encryption table errors have been there for years but we have no credit card data stored in our file. Also "QBDBPF Log File monitor Service not running locally" errors came up. I'm not sure what this means but we are not multi-user (we were years ago in this file). All updates have been made.
We have the same problem and there is NO GOOD SOLUTION!!!!! This needs repairing in Quickbooks!

Mine also just hangs uploading. Reinstalled, cleared cache. Been using several months no problem with 300+ receipts until 2 days ago. Went back to e-mailing receipts as does not seem to be a solution.
FYI: Looking for less complicated program as only need to create receipts and invoices only for record keeping as a contractor getting paid by only one customer whom I use their QB for their estimates/invoicing and get paid directly from this single customer.

In the 18 years I have been using Quickbooks and the hundreds of times I have contacted the Support Team, I have never, not once, ever been contacted.
I too am having this same issue. Have been for well over a year. Clearly they are not working on it or there would be a solution by now. It really shouldn't be that difficult. It's just like every other issue we have with QBDT. There have been issues going on for many years they say they are working on but it never gets fixed.
