If a transaction is placed on hold, an email will be sent to the email address you use to sign in to the Merchant Service Center. It contains specific instructions on how to resolve the issue.

I really appreciate your detailed explanation on the probable cause on why my account was placed on hold.
Thats what I do see everytime I log in on quickbooks online.
Besides from label on hold.
It gives an intruction to call for details.
Which I did. However, whatever was explained here in community support was NONE EXISTENSE.
The rep over the phone was so nasty and told me my account is closed.
No explanation given whatsoever.
Didnt even give me a chance ti find out whats the issue.
So hypothetically. The answers from this support page are not really being applied to real situation
