My acct on hold. Instructed to call support. I was told acct closed. Its almost 2 mos. Acct still on hold. Why my account still on hold?

Its  quickbooks  decision to closed  acct.  Wont  tell  reason.  Thats  expected.  There is still  funds  on the  account.   All transactions  are  legit.

When an account is on hold, it means that something in the batch that comprises the deposit raised a red flag. It also means that our Risk Management Team is conducting an investigation on your behalf.

 

A deposit may be withheld for various reasons, Most of the time, they caused by these are two primary reasons:

 

  • Security concerns with one or more transactions in the deposit
  • The deposit exceeds a predefined account threshold (approved monthly amount or average individual charge)

 

You can also prevent future holds or reviews by avoiding unusual activities that include: 

 

  • Changes in your average transaction amount or processing pattern
  • Monthly percentage of different transaction types
  • Excessive Chargebacks

 

If a transaction is placed on hold, an email will be sent to the email address you use to sign in to the Merchant Service Center. It contains specific instructions on how to resolve the issue.

I really  appreciate your  detailed  explanation on  the probable cause on why  my  account was placed on hold.

 

Thats what I do  see everytime  I log in on quickbooks  online.

 

Besides  from  label  on hold. 

It gives  an  intruction  to  call for details.

 

Which I  did.  However,  whatever  was  explained  here  in  community  support  was  NONE EXISTENSE.

 

The  rep over the  phone  was  so nasty and told me  my  account  is closed.  

 

No  explanation  given  whatsoever.

Didnt  even  give  me  a chance  ti  find  out  whats  the  issue.

 

So  hypothetically.  The  answers  from  this  support  page are not  really being  applied  to  real  situation
