My business in the field is always hot. I buy drinks for the employees, as well as meals when in the fields. How should I categorize these expenses?
Would if I don’t have a office yet would I still use the office expense for my drinking water? Im in Texas so ice and water is necessary , I also buy lunch for my guys .

Would Office Expense best categorize this transaction? Would Travel Meals or another alternative not be more suited? It just doesn't strike me as anything used for the office, more so a per-project type expense. I came here to ask the same question as I also buy drinks and lunch for my employees so I really don't know either.
