My company name, address, phone, etc doesn't show up when I print a Customer Statement. How can I fix this?

Hello there, @brendafufufufu.

Let me help you add your company name, address, and  phone number to the Customer Statement.

In QuickBooks Online, the information coming from your statement also depends on the details you've included from a template in the Custom form style. However, not all information from the form will show up in the statement.

To show the details you need when printing a Customer Statement, you can follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom form style under Your Company.
  3. In the form styles lists, select the template you want to edit. You can choose the Standard template.
  4. Click Edit under the Action column.
  5. In the Content tab, click the header part of the form.
  6. Make sure to tick the Business name and Phone boxes and other information you need.
  7. Then, Done to reflect the changes.

Once done, you can run and print the customer transaction statement. It will show all the activities between the dates you choose. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Customers tab.
  2. Click on the name of the customer.
  3. Click New transaction.
  4. Select Statement.
  5. Print the statement by clicking Print or Preview at the bottom of the page.

Also, there are three types of customer statements in QBO. It's the Balance forwardOpen Item, and Transaction Statement. If you wish to know more about them, kindly check out this article: Create and view customer statements.

I'm always here to help if you have any other concerns with printing transactions. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Take care and stay safe always.

Hi brendafufufufu,

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about printing the company name, address, and phone in customer statement. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!

No, this didn't resolve my problem.

I went into the GEAR icon, then clicked on my template, then click on CONTENT and my Business Name, Phone and Email are checked off but they are not printing.

I can help you troubleshoot the unusual behavior you currently experiencing with your sales forms, brendafufufufu.

I got some troubleshooting steps that we can perform to isolate this issue. QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses cache files to immediately load the page faster. In the time it gets piled up, it can cause issues that will affect the performance of your account.

To verify this, let’s access your account via a private window (incognito) and manage your deposits there. The Incognito window doesn’t store any cache data and it helps us easily confirm the issue. To get started, you can utilize these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

If you're able to view your business information when printing your statements, you can go back to the regular browser to clear the cache for the system to refresh. If the issue persists, you can try using other supported browsers to see if it works.

After the steps and you still get the same result, you'll want to check out this article that will list down all steps on how to resolve issues when printing in QuickBooks Online: Resolve PDF printing issues.

Keep me posted on how this works so I can help you manage and customize your sales forms. Let me know by mentioning my name in your reply. Take care!
