My invoices are coming up oldest to newest, how do I get the newest invoice to appear first when I go onto invoices?

I know how to get the newest invoice to appear in QuickBooks Online (QBO), elianeblank.

We can sort invoices by clicking on the header column for the invoices page. I've attached screenshot for your reference. 

You can use this information to view sales transactions in QBO. This gives you the option to easily manage sales transactions from the Sales page

Furthermore, learn to record invoice payments once your customer decides to pay. It’s a good practice to record them immediately to maintain accurate records.
