My invoices no longer have the Pay Now button. It says Print or Save. Where did the Pay now button go? How do I get it back?

My invoices no longer have the Pay Now button. It says Print or Save. Where did the Pay now button go? How do I get it back?

I'm glad you visited us today so we can sort things out for you, boatshine. There are a few ways to get back the Pay Now option. First, your cache and cookies may need to be cleared, or check the company preferences to see if changes were made. Let's dive in and correct the issue.

 

Open up a private browser to log in to your online account. Once completing that, go back to your invoice to see if the option is now available. This process guarantees that any form of cookies, history, or data wouldn't be stored. Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it is being featured, this indicates cache and cookies need to be cleared to remove data corruption to correct this. If you are using Chrome, here's how:

 

  1.  In the top right corner, select the three vertical dots.
  2. Click More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
  3. Change the time period to All Time.
  4. Select Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear Data.

If the problem is fixed, you are good to go. If not, let's verify the company settings to see if changes were made to your Sales preferences.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Tap on the Sales menu.
  3. Click the Online Delivery section.
  4. In the Additional email options for invoices drop-down, choose the Online invoice.
  5. Select Save, then hit Done.

By following the steps above, you should see the Pay Now button for your invoice.
