My invoices say the wrong company name, how do I change it?

I can help you with changing your company name in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). The name that appears in QBSE is the one you used while setting up your Intuit account. You can update it by following these simple steps:  

1. Sign in to your QBSE account. 

2. Click on Settings ⚙ and select Intuit Account to open the Intuit Account Manager. 

3. Choose the Profile tab or the Personal info tab and update your Name and Last name. 

4. Finally, click on Save.  

However, if you want to change the company name on the invoice, you can manually update it whenever you need to. Here's how:  

1. Go to the Invoices tab. 

2. Click on Create Invoice. 

3. Select the Edit work info link. 

4. Update the Name field with your desired description. 

5. Finally, click on Save.
