My invoices will not load customer names, drop down menu for customers does not work

Here are the following keyboard shortcuts you can use: 

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P
     


If the customer names now appear, return to your regular browser and clear cache to start afresh. You can also switch to other installed supported browsers, which is a good alternative.

I'm having the same issue on Safari. I've tried to use a private browsing window but the problem persists. Then I tried with Mozilla Firefox -- it doesn't work on there either. It was nice to see this message as I now know I'm not the only one with this issue. Thought I'd reply to let you and others know the same.

Since you have already done all the troubleshooting steps, I recommend contacting our Support team again for an update. This is the best way we can do since they can access the account in a secure environment and conduct thorough research.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. Click Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
  4. In the Ask about something else section, enter your concern.
  5. Select Continue and choose a way to connect with us.
