My loan payable register suddenly stopped showing a running balance, how do I get it back?

My loan payable register suddenly stopped showing a running balance, how do I get it back? or can I run a report on my loan payable account?

My loan payable register suddenly stopped showing a running balance, how do I get it back?

Hi zorba322,

 

This is a display issue. I'll help you out.

 

You can do the basic browser troubleshooting steps and see if that brings back the balance of the account/register.

 

You can view the register to check the balance, and you can run the Balance Sheet report as well.
