My phone's area code is wrong at payments. I've been trying QB support to solve this and the helpers supply a wrong request that is always denied.

It's been an ordeal, in two months I followed directions from over 30 QB agents and counting... no one has been able to help me on that one. They only send confirmation text to the wrong number

My phone's area code is wrong at payments. I've been trying QB support to solve this and the helpers supply a wrong request that is always denied.

I spent a full morning and half of the afternoon with support and they guaranteed that now they were assisting me and it would be resolved. A couple minutes later I received an email saying it was denied.

 

So I went through the process again and spent 3h more hours with another agent. Just now I received another denial.

 

I’ve never seen anything like this.
