need an all inclusive report to show all activity for a property

The report option that allows you to see all the activity for a property is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since property like rental property in QBO is often named a class, you'll want to consider running the balance sheet by class as an alternative.

1. Go to Business overview then select Reports.
2. Find and open the Balance Sheet.
3. From the Display columns by dropdown, select Locations.
4. Select Run report.
