Need to delete overdue invoices and not post anything to checkbook or any other balance?

I'll show you the steps on how to delete your overdue invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu and select Invoices.
2. Find and open the overdue transactions.
3. Click the drop-down list under the ACTION column.
4. Select Delete and confirm the action by clicking Yes.
