I'll help you run a Transaction List report that will show the billing status in QuickBooks Desktop.
You can run a Transaction List by Customer report. Customize the report to add a column for Billing Status.
Here's how:
- From the top menu, choose Reports.
- Hover your mouse to the Customers & Receivables.
- Select Transaction List by Customer.
- Click the Customize Report button.
- Under the Display tab, tick the checkbox for the Billing status.
