Yes I am waiting for refund patiently yet nothing resolved except false  promise of Refund- Thank you

You can contact our support via chat or you can request a callback. Our QuickBooks Self-Employed support is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 3 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday). To do that, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to: QuickBooks Self Employed.
  2. Click on the Help option.
  3. Hit Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
  5. Scroll down and select between Chat with us or Have us call you
