You can use a private browser and view your invoice from there. Then, go to Sales from the left menu, then Invoices. From this page, you'll see all paid and unpaid invoices you've recently created in QuickBooks.

You can also use the the Magnifying glass to search for the recent invoices you just created. For additional information about this tool and other ways to locate transactions, check out the following article: Search for transactions.
When that works, you can clear the browser's cache and cookies to refresh the website preferences. As an alternative, you can use other supported browsers to get the best out of your QuickBooks experience.
If it didn't work, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They can create a case and forward it to our Product Team for further investigation.
