Number exceeded in Report

I'm here to ensure you can generate the report that shows the amounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @demical point.

Please know that there's a limit on the total amount when you reach billions, which may prevent the numbers from appearing correctly in the report. This is a known limitation, and it's important to be aware of it when working with large amounts in QuickBooks Online. If you encounter this issue, you may need to consider alternative methods like breaking down the data into smaller segments to ensure accurate representation.

Moreover, when generating reports in QuickBooks you can always customize it to focus on the details that matter to you.

Let me know in the comments below if you have other questions about running reports or other QuickBooks-related concerns. I'll be sure to get back and provide the necessary information.

Allow me to chime into this thread and provide additional assistance, @demical point

As mentioned above, there is a limit when the total amount reaches billions, which can cause the figures to be displayed inaccurately in the report.

No worries, we have a workaround for this.

To review the entirety of the report, we can export it to an Excel file.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Pull up the specific report.
  3. Select the Export icon.
  4. Click Export to Excel

Feel free to reach out if you have any report-related concerns regarding QuickBooks Online. I'll be here to lend a hand. Keep safe!
