Join nowI'm currently using Quickbooks Advanced Online for my restaurants. We have the assets of several old restaurants that have since closed down still on our balance sheet, and my CPA has no idea how to remove them. The assets have been written down to zero, but they are cluttering up my balance sheet. I've tried to make them inactive so they won't show up on my balance sheet, but I can't seem to make them go away. Is there any way to get rid of them?

None of the suggestions were helpful in removing the old assets from my balance sheet, but I was able to figure out how to make the categories in question inactive so they wouldn't show up on my balance sheet report.
