Open Invoices Not Showing in iPhone QB App Unless Date Filter is Changed

In the QuickBooks Online iPhone app, under Invoices, I noticed that not all open invoices are displayed. I have past-due invoices from 2023 that are still open for some customers. I can see these invoices in the QuickBooks Online desktop app, but in the iPhone app, even when I set the date filter to all they don’t appear.

 

However, when I change the date filter specifically to 2023, they show up. Is this a known issue or a setting I need to adjust? How can I make sure all open invoices appear in the iPhone app, regardless of the year?

 

I have already tried to log out and and delete and reinstall the app.

You can follow these steps to reach them out:

 

  1. Sign in with your QuickBooks Online app and tap the Menu icon.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the ? icon.
  3. Click the Articles and support.
  4. Select Search, then click Contact Us.
  5. Click the Ask about something else.
  6. Write your issue or concern and Continue.
  7. Choose between receiving a Callback or setting an Appointment.
