In the QuickBooks Online iPhone app, under Invoices, I noticed that not all open invoices are displayed. I have past-due invoices from 2023 that are still open for some customers. I can see these invoices in the QuickBooks Online desktop app, but in the iPhone app, even when I set the date filter to all they don’t appear.
However, when I change the date filter specifically to 2023, they show up. Is this a known issue or a setting I need to adjust? How can I make sure all open invoices appear in the iPhone app, regardless of the year?
I have already tried to log out and and delete and reinstall the app.
