Opening Desktop Premier QBW with Enterprise

Is it possible to open a clients Desktop Premier QBW (accountant's copy) file in Enterprise, make changes and journal entries, then return the change file to the client?

 

I know that you cannot work on Enterprise files in Premier, but am wondering if you can go the other direction.

I'm here to share some information when opening an accountant's copy, lindam.

 

In QuickBooks, we can only make changes or open your client's file if you have the same product and version. That being said, you may advise your client to upgrade their QuickBooks program.

Opening Desktop Premier QBW with Enterprise

An accountant copy can only be open on QB Desktop Accountant (i.e Premier Accountant or Enterprise Accountant).

As far as I know, if you wish to get a Premier Accountant with the one time license, you have to purchase thru a partner/reseller.
