Our BCC Email that is listed is not showing up on invoices, why?

I can share an update about the BCC email missing on your invoices.
Our Support Team has recently tagged this as an ongoing issue with QuickBooks Online. They're already investigating the root cause of this unexpected hitch and are working to implement a solution.
While they do, I would recommend consulting our QuickBooks Online Care Team to have you added to our notification list of affected users. Once you're on the phone, you can request our phone representatives to add you to the investigation number INV-15606.
