Based on the details you've provided, you'd need to run the Profit and Loss report for transactions and then another for vendors. At this time there isn't a specific report that combines this info.
I can see how it would be beneficial to view these details in one report. I recommend submitting feedback to the Product Development Team for review. This can be done directly through your account by clicking the Help tab in the top menu and then select Send Feedback Online.
