Buy nowWhen initially setting up Scheduled Reports and applying page/print settings (specifically, print to one page wide), the PDF reports were emailed in this capacity. After initial setup, my user was used on additional computers and that is when we discovered the page/print settings were no longer preserved (and reports no longer were one page wide). We edited page/print settings on all computers and users and still cannot get the page settings to apply to Scheduled Reports. We have also tried editing the Scheduled Report schedule and creating new Scheduled Reports and cannot seem to get the page/print to one page wide setting to stick.
Are there any ways specifically to format the page/print settings for Scheduled Reports?

Let me share a solution to help you fix this.
Before doing so, please check the following:
Then, run the QuickBooks Print & Print Repair Tool from the QuickBooks Tool Hub. The QuickBooks Tool Hub helps fix common issues. You'll need to close QuickBooks to use the tool hub. For the best experience, we recommend you use Tool Hub on Windows 10, 64-bit.
Here's how:
Once done, run the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool by following these steps:

Please keep me posted on how it goes after trying out the steps. I'd be happy to help you out again. Take care and stay safe.
Installed the help program and ran the print and off diagnostic tool. Found no errors and still same issue.
The problem appears to be in the fact that we can't get the print to one page wide option permanently selected (whereas before we could), see attach screenshot. Any idea how to fix that?

Worked!
While the settings are not retained on the print screen of a memorized report (and still require manual updating at each print prompt), the settings are in place when Scheduled Reports are being sent now (which is what we were wanting to achieve in this case). Excellent! 👍
