We have 4 franchises which all use the same bank account, and we separate the accounting for each by class. Sometimes one franchise will do work for the other, and I would like to account for the staff time and materials of the franchise that did the work. I made an invoice for the work completed, but I'm having trouble figuring how one class can pay the other. What is the best way to handle this? It's probably easier than I'm thinking.
