Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing details on how downloaded transactions works in QuickBooks. Then, ensure you can record all of them in the QBO system accurately.

Once you connect your accounts in QuickBooks Online, transactions will download and categorized. The imported data in QBO depends on what your bank shares with us and how they're posted online. All you have to do is approve the entries by adding or matching them in the system. This way, the said transaction will now be directly recorded to QuickBooks and appears on the Bank Register page.

Here's how to add:

1. Find a downloaded transaction with the Add option in the Action column.
2. Choose the transaction to expand the view.
3. Review the recommended Category. This is the account QuickBooks wants to categorize the transaction into. 
4. Change the vendor or customer as needed.
5. Review and add any other information that may be mandatory or missing.
6. Click Add.
