Hi there, TM_Studio.
Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing details on how downloaded transactions works in QuickBooks. Then, ensure you can record all of them in the QBO system accurately.
Once you connect your accounts in QuickBooks Online, transactions will download and categorized. The imported data in QBO depends on what your bank shares with us and how they're posted online. Here's how to add:
Then, you can open this article to see additional details: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. This also provides steps on how to perform the matching process.
Lastly, you may refer to this article to view information on how you can reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
I'm always here to lend a hand if you have more questions about managing your transactions or other QuickBooks concerns. Have a nice day.
Another option, utilize this app to reconcile your PayPal transactions and avoid duplication.
