Please help me the csv files for my venmo statements will not upload

I'm here to help you upload your Venmo statements' CSV file to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), Erin.

If you connect your bank and credit card accounts in QBSE, you can add your transactions directly.

Otherwise, you can import the transactions using the supported browser and ensure that the CSV file's column header and data match the columns and order in QuickBooks.

To import your Venmo transactions, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Imports transactions.
  2. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
  3. Then, select Import.

Once the entries are uploaded, it's essential to categorize them correctly to ensure they're assigned to the correct line of your Schedule C.

If you have any questions or need further assistance when managing your bank transactions, I'm just one click away. Have a good one!

Thank you! But I have been there. I receive an error message.

”error importing. Darn. File upload failed. (Probably our fault.) Please give it another try.  If you see this message again, you might need to contact us.”

i have tried multiple times and I have also tried redownloading the csv files from Venmo.

my Venmo is connected but the transactions between June and December 2023 are missing.
