PLEASE SOMEOME DIRECT ME ON WHAT I NEED TO DO

I need my Quickbooks fixed. You can not chat with someone on the help forum you get no where but transferred to a bunch of different places until your so aggravated you give up. Then when you call customer service you get someone located OFFSHORE they are definitely NOT on the same page as you after you explain your problem. QB online has screwed up my QB account and payroll account so bad. I have explained myself to 4 different people at QB, asked for a supervisor to call me back which they never did, and I'm not sure what to do. This is ridiculous with how much money I have paid QB for this subscription. My next step will be to cancel QB and file a formal complaint. I have never seen such bad customer service in my life.
