Allow me to guide you on how to generate a report to show the data that matters to you.

You can run the Purchase by Vendor Detail report and customize it to your preferred vendor. Then export the report to Excel and add a column for Customer, Sold date, and Qty.

Once done, run the Sales by Item Detail report for reference. Then customize it to show your preferred customer and the paid date. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Select Purchases.
3. Click Purchases by Vendor Detail.
4. Select the Customize Report button from the top part of the report.
5. Type in and select Deliv Date from the COLUMNS field under the Display tab. 
6. Go to the Filters tab.
7. Type in the vendor from the filter field, select Preferred Vendor, and choose a vendor from the drop-down menu. 
8. Then click OK.

Once done, export the report to Excel, then run the Sales by Item Detail report for reference:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Select Sales.
3. Click Sales by Item Detail.
4. Then customize the report base on your preference.
