You have the option to set up QuickBooks Point of Sale in multi-user mode. With his feature, we can transfer data between your server, the computer that holds your company file, and the remote workstations.
The first thing we need to make sure of is that the workstations (remote POS) meet the system requirements for Point of Sale. Then, we need to update folder permission so you can share and access the same file before you configure the Windows firewall. Once done, we can now switch it to multi-user mode by going to the File menu, and select Switch Company File to Multi User Mode.
