With QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced you can view and print your saved forms by following the steps below:
- Go to the Employees menu and select Payroll Center.
- Click on the File Forms tab.
- Under Filing History select the Save Filings or E-Filings tab.
- Choose the form to view it.
If you use QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted:
- Go to the Employees menu and select Payroll Center.
- Click on the File Forms tab, and then View/Print forms & W-2s.
- In the Payroll Tax Center window, enter your Payroll PIN. Then hit OK.
- Tap on Filed Forms.
- Choose the forms you want to view, print, or save.
