Printed invoice not same as entered.

I've tried twice with online support. Nothing but someone will get back to you... (not their fault, it's past them). All entered line items )in any account), and lets say there are 5 different line items, so date, then code (for service item that's internally listed, description, qty, rate, and last amount. looks great as entered and on screen. When I print it or email it, it comes out totally different so that nobody, including me, has no idea. Each line automatically has a date, all code listing get grouped together but not all of them. it's completely off. It happened earlier this year but corrected itself after 2 weeks.

You can update your Adobe Acrobat Reader. An outdated PDF reader can be the reason why the details on the printed invoice appear different from what you have entered.
