Printing from mobile app after invoicing update

sorry rookie here.   More information about topic.  

Prior to the invoicing update I was able to print an invoice from the mobile app to my printer in my vehicle.  I noticed that the changes had taken affect and was checking to make sure things worked as I need them to and wasn't able to find a way to print.  Does anyone know if it is just in some obscure place or it isn't there at all.

After conducting a thorough review of our records, I have discovered that the issue you have reported has been previously investigated. Although the case has been closed, I understand that you are still experiencing the same problem. 

 

To provide you with the necessary assistance, I would like to recommend that you contact our support team. By doing so, they will be able to review your case and initiate a new investigation as required.

 

To reach them, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Choose either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

On the other hand, you can also clear the app's data on your phone. 

 

Here's how:

 

  • Android: Go to More Options ⋮, tap Settings, and select Refresh Data. Then, choose Yes.
  • IOS: From the Menu ☰, tap Help & Feedback and select Refresh Data. Then tap Refresh.

 

Then, restart your device. You can also uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure the QuickBooks features are updated.
