Last month, this feature spreadsheet sync worked well. But this month, I am having problem. Even with different admin account.
I am using QBO Advanced on a Mac M1.
I use Journal Entries template. The first time, I got 5/75 journals entered.
then, I keep receiving this message: "An error has occurred while processing your request. If the problem persists, please contact support".
I reinstalled Excel, clear cache. after several times, I Got another 2/70 but then the message kept coming up.
Please help!
