process error message when doing Spreadsheet sync

Hello, 

Last month, this feature spreadsheet sync worked well. But this month, I am having problem. Even with different admin account. 

I am using QBO Advanced on a Mac M1.

I use Journal Entries template. The first time, I got 5/75 journals entered.

then, I keep receiving this message: "An error has occurred while processing your request. If the problem persists, please contact support". 

 I reinstalled Excel, clear cache. after several times, I Got another 2/70 but then the message kept coming up.

We received several reports regarding the spreadsheet feature sync not working and the error message  "An error has occurred while processing your request. If the problem persists, please contact support." Our Product Engineers are now working to fix it as quickly as possible. It's always our top priority to restore the full functionality of QBO so that you can access all the necessary features and tools to ensure the success of your business. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to resolve this matter urgently. 

 

In the meantime, I suggest contacting our customer support team. They will be able to add you to our list of affected users so that you can stay updated on our progress, keep you in the loop, and deliver updates as soon as they become available. 

 

Here's how to contact our support team:  

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat.
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.

 

Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a swift response.
