Profitability Report by Customer - all customers in date range

I'm looking at the Profit & Loss by Customer Report in QBO.

I need to run this for the year for the CPA, for all projects, to show profitability breakdown.

It will only allow me to run this report for one quarter at a time and not the entire year?

It gives an error - Something went wrong. We are working on it.

Profitability Report by Customer - all customers in date range

Glad to see you here in the Community, @Scott4j. I’ll be glad to assist you in sorting this issue about the error message when running the Profit and Loss report.

The first thing I can suggest is to look at a possible browser issues. Stored cache can caused unexpected issues so let's try to do some basic browser troubleshooting actions first.

Here’s how:

    1. Restart your browser.
    2. Open your browser's private window.
    3. Clear your browser’s cache.

If issue persists, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support for assistance. They can investigate this issue further for you.

Moreover, keep this link for future reference to guide you further in memorizing reports in QuickBooks Online.
