QB and JobBoss syncing issues

I am having issues with syncing JobBoss and QB. Attached is the error I get every time. Can someone please assist with a solution? I have tried all preliminiary steps like updates and more but to no avail.

An unrecoverable error in QuickBooks Desktop may occur due to factors such as a corrupted company file, incompatible software versions, network connectivity issues, or conflicts with security settings. Since you are still syncing your data to QuickBooks. You can use the Quick Fix My Program option from the QuickBooks Tool Hub, to isolate the problem as it helps resolve common errors.

 

If you haven't downloaded the QuickBooks Tool Hub, you can follow the steps below to do so. For the best experience, we recommend using the Tool Hub on Windows 10, 64-bit.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Close your QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.8) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the installation finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

 

To run the Quick Fix my program, follow these steps:

 

  1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
  2. Select Quick Fix my Program.
  3. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
