I'd be glad to help your upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks, @ jones-stacy5619.
I understand you are having issues with your connected bank account and not receiving automatic updates on your transactions.
Is it your first time connecting your bank account to QuickBooks? Have you encountered any errors? May I know what Bank you’re using so we can check if we receive some reports similar as yours?
To begin, take note of the date range for the transactions you'll be importing into QuickBooks. This way, we can avoid duplicates. Then go to your bank's website and follow the prompts to receive your bank transactions.
If the CSV file contains cleared transactions from your bank, we can import it. With this, it needs to be in a three-column or four-column arrangement. I’ve added some snippet below for your reference:
Since you’ve mentioned that your bank is up to date, we’ll need to manually upload your transactions into your QuickBooks account. I’ll show you how:
- On the left pane, go to the Banking menu and click the Banking tab.
- Click the drop-down list beside Link account and select Upload from file.
- Select Browse and then select the file you downloaded from your bank.
- Click Next, then click the drop-down for QuickBooks account and select the account you want to upload the transactions into.
- Select Next and follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
- Click Next and select Let's go.
