QB mobile not showing customers in short cut bar?

Appears QB mobile if failing to load all company info on iPad?  Uninstalled reinstalled several times.  Will open but Quick actions are missing and options to view customers from left side tool menu missing?

Please know there's an ongoing investigation of the missing customer in the QuickBooks Online app. Since our product engineers are already aware of this issue, they're digging into this matter thoroughly to come up with a permanent fix. Although, we currently have the exact time frame for resolution.

 

In the meantime, I recommend contacting our customer support team during their support hours. They can add you to the affected user list so you can receive timely updates regarding this case.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company through your device browser.
  2. Click Help (?), then head to the Search tab.
  3. Select Contact Us and pick a topic you need assistance with or Ask about something else.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback to connect with an expert.

 

Alternatively, you can reach our support through this page: Contact Us. From there, please select the appropriate product you're using and provide the necessary information to proceed.
